Please note that SEF urls can cause technical problems in many extensions, require a higher level of technical maintenance, and confer very marginal benefits to search engine rankings (unless other aspects of content optimisation are quite poor, but on top of otherwise well optimised content probably creates more problems than it solves on many sites.
